SUMMARY


The Inside Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in fostering robust sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and cultivating enduring relationships with both existing and potential clients.

Key responsibilities include nurturing inbound leads and seamlessly transitioning them into productive sales appointments.

As an integral member of the residential retail sales team, this role significantly contributes to lead generation efforts, particularly for in-home consultations, ensuring the continuous growth and success of the business.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively manage inbound leads, qualifying them and guiding them through the sales process to secure appointments.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and optimize lead conversion efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to better serve clients and drive sales.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in sales techniques and product offerings.
  • Assist customers with countertop choices by explaining the features and benefits of various material as well as recommending addons and upgrades
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries, addressing concerns and providing solutions to meet their needs effectively.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently, contributing to the overall success and growth of the sales team and organization.
  • Assist in maintaining the showroom to ensure brand standards for quality and presentation
  • Performing other tasks or responsibilities as directed by management

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in inside sales or a similar role, with demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience using a CRM software and other sales tools to effectively manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Comfortable with cold calls as well as warm calls
  • Professionalism, to include dependability, accountability, and punctuality
  • Ability to work all showroom hours required including alternating Saturdays and some evenings (eventbased)
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude of cooperation and respect
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of sales experience with a significant track record of obtaining and exceeding sales goals
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • CRM software experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • None
Monday - Friday and every other Saturday, 10:00am-2:00pm. Occasional evening events.
