Your responsibilities:


  • Selection of residents and conducting tenant interviews (new moveins, relocations, moveouts)
  • Counseling residents and their families in social, nursing, and practical areas
  • Planning, coordinating, and conducting events
  • Communication with authorities, associations, and cooperation partners
  • Participation in public relations and sales work
  • Supervision of two employees and shaping work processes
  • Ensuring economical management of operations
  • Emergency call background service with all associated documentation
  • Data collection, documentation, and preparation of evaluations
