For our partner, a global player in the transport and logistics industry, we are looking for a
Team Leader Air Freight Import (m/f/d).

These tasks will motivate you:


  • Professional management of the air freight import department
  • Responsibility and organization of air freight import processes
  • Active support in air freight import clearance
  • Independent creation and verification of customs and freight documents
  • Contact person for customers, subcontractors, and external partners
  • Optimization of existing processing processes
  • Creation of reports and monitoring of KPIs

Good prerequisites for your success:


  • Training as a freight forwarder and/or comparable qualification
  • First experience in team leadership is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Strong sales and customer service mindset
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Communication skills, motivation, and commitment
  • Good English skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
