  • Student Employee (d/w/m)
The institute deals, among other things, with the surveillance of infections acquired in hospitals. We employ doctors, mathematicians, and computer scientists who work together interdisciplinary.

We have developed programs that are used in the collection of infections and the increased occurrence of pathogens in hospital areas.

These systems are used in hospitals throughout Germany and are supervised by our team.


Job Description:


  • Written and telephone support for participating hospitals
  • Joint development of further training concepts in a young, dynamic team that fully supports you in your tasks
  • Creating surveys and editorial monitoring of content in the developed programs/applications.

Expected Qualifications:


  • You are a properly enrolled student at a university
  • You have a quick grasp and work reliably
  • Enjoy working interdisciplinary in a young, dynamic team
  • You have enthusiasm for customer support and have a friendly demeanor
  • You have a good command of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken German
