At ANKER Sozialarbeit Gemeinnützige GmbH and Dreescher Werkstätten gGmbH, we support and care for approximately 1450 individuals with mental or intellectual disabilities through the work of nearly 400 full-time employees and 70 volunteers.

With over 40 different services offered at almost 30 locations, our goal is to help each person lead a self-determined and individually tailored life.

The day groups at Dreescher Werkstätten provide social participation for 60 severely disabled or behaviorally challenged individuals through a structured daily routine.

As a team leader, you will oversee a team of around 20 colleagues at three different locations.

You will also be responsible for organizing and developing the department, working closely with a support service that handles social and pedagogical matters.
