- Ensure that expenses are allocated and coded correctly
- Pay any debt as it comes due for payment.
- Ensure that receivables are collected promptly
- Record receipts on a timely basis for cash flow analysis.
- Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account.
- Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every credit card account.
- Ensure that affiliate's accounts are reconciled and tie out.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
- Issue financial statements.
- Prepare cash forecast
- Prepare and process client payroll per required pay cycles.
- Assemble information for external tax preparer.
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
- Ensure that all filing requirements are met on a timely basis.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information.
- Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies, procedures and regulations to ensure and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years' experience in full cycle accounting.
- QuickBooks experience required.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong Payroll experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to set priorities and work independently while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a part-time on-site Bookkeeper for our corporate office located in Dallas, Texas off 635 and Abrams.
This position is responsible for full charge bookkeeping services for multiple client practices.
Responsibilities include:
