Work where the action is:

Together with the assistant branch manager, you take on the leadership role for the entire team. You ensure the correct stock of goods and are responsible for the daily cash reconciliation. You also manage sales and have an overview of the entire branch. You build up the team, recruit employees, promote their development, and plan work schedules and shifts. In regular exchange with the regional management, you discuss the results and development of the branch. Through all these activities, you contribute significantly to the success of Action.
