Medical-Technical Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d) / Biological-Technical Assistant (m/f/d) in Full-Time


The Kinderwunschzentrum Niederrhein - specializing in reproductive medicine and gynecological endocrinology - is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.

The team led by Dr. med. Georg Döhmen supports couples on their journey to have a child, utilizing the latest scientific knowledge and treatment methods.


Your tasks with us will include:

  • interesting and diverse tasks in all of our laboratory areas (andrology, reproductive biology, IVF/ICSI, cryolab)
- examination and preparation of sperm and testicular tissue
- handling of eggs and embryos
- performing artificial insemination (IVF, ICSI, etc.)
- cryopreservation of sperm, testicular tissue, eggs, and embryos in liquid nitrogen
- genetic testing of embryos (PGD)
- chromosomal/genetic testing of fertilized eggs


We expect from you:

- completed training as a BTA/BTLA/MTA
- experience in reproductive medicine is desirable, but not mandatory
- careful, structured, and self-organized work style
- good teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to work on weekends and holidays
