Join German Aviation Service GmbH, the largest handling network in Germany with over 10 stations at all major German airports, in Chula Vista, TX.


Your responsibilities:


As an Operations employee, you will assist crews and passengers during their stay at the airport; in addition, you will coordinate and monitor all processes related to the aircraft.

You will also communicate with customers and partners in the office.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring operational processes
  • Independently creating and updating our orders
  • Being the main point of contact for crews, brokers, operational control centers, and all other parties involved
  • Requesting and coordinating all services required by the customer
  • Personally assisting crews and VIP passengers on the airport premises
  • Recording and documenting services provided for invoicing purposes
  • Monitoring and supervising activities at the aircraft, with a special focus on safety regulations
  • Reporting incidents or deviations from standard procedures

What we are looking for:

  • Strong customer service orientation, sense of responsibility, independence, and reliability
  • Wellgroomed appearance, confident demeanor, polite manners, and excellent communication skills
  • Composure and ability to work under pressure, including during peak hours
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late nights
  • Clean criminal record
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Experience in the airport/ground handling industry
