    Desktop Support Engineer
    Salt Lake City, UT
    6+ month Contract with strong possibility to convert
    $45 to $53 per hour contract

    Job Description: Desktop Support Engineer
    Our client is looking for an energetic Support Engineer to be lead on support and IT project initiatives. Responsibilities include (but not limited to) troubleshooting, diagnostics, queries, implementation, and on-boarding / off-boarding system set ups. This is a true engineer position that requires maintaining infrastructure technologies while providing support for printers, conference rooms, tickets, etc. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in technical support, as well as hands-on experience with infrastructure set up, implementation and maintenance.

    Required Skills:

    • 5 years' experience in technical support
    • Experience with infrastructure technology maintenance is a MUST
    • Experience with SharePoint
    • Experience with Teams
    • Experience with Intune Autopilot cloud-based services or JAMF
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft AD / 365
    • bility to support occasional call rotation (non-weekends)
    Bonus/Soft Skills:
    • Degree in CS
    • Veterans or spouse of a veteran is a bonus
