At Pumpkin Hollow, OK, we are looking for a Salon Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at Frisör Klier (Ammersche Landstraße, 99974 Mühlhausen).

Your main contact at our headquarters will be Mr. Fromme.

As a Salon Manager at Klier Hair Group, you will be coached by our Area Managers (m/f/d) in your tasks.

You will also have the full support of the headquarters of Germany's largest salon chain.


Your responsibilities

  • Leading and developing your team both professionally and personally
  • Setting and defining goals with each team member based on company objectives and visions (with support from the Area Management)
  • Working independently, in a structured and goaloriented manner
  • Contributing your own ideas for the salon's continuous improvement

Your qualifications

  • Completed training as a hairdresser (m/f/d) with practical experience in the hairdressing industry
  • Ideally, a master's certificate in hairdressing
  • Strong focus on customerfriendly and customeroriented thinking and acting, as well as exceptional
