    About The Role

    As our Director of Human Resources, you'll be at the helm, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a dynamic workplace with responsibilities that include:
    Scouting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
    Collaborating with hiring managers to build dream teams.
    Overseeing the daily HR hustle.
    Delivering constructive performance evaluations like a pro.
    Processing payroll.
    Implementing HR policies with finesse.
    Navigating and ensuring company-wide compliance like a seasoned pro.
    Handling disputes and investigations.
    Aligning HR goals with our organizational strategy.
    Developing and maintaining policies, processes, and training.
    Analyzing data from our HRIS.
    Ensuring we staying ahead of the HR curve by developing and maintaining policies, processes, and innovative ways to develop and training our employees


    Required Experience/Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
    7+ years of human resource management experience in small to mid-sized company.
    SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
    Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
    Skilled in interpersonal interactions and negotiation.
    Strong analytical capabilities to address complex HR challenges.
    Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and inspire teams.
    Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs and changing priorities.
    Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
    Ensuring adherence to legal requirements in HR practices.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

    $100, $125,000.00 per year
