    About The Role

    As our Director of Human Resources, you'll be at the helm, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a dynamic workplace with responsibilities that include:
    • Scouting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
    • Collaborating with hiring managers to build dream teams.
    • Overseeing the daily HR hustle.
    • Delivering constructive performance evaluations like a pro.
    • Processing payroll.
    • Implementing HR policies with finesse.
    • Navigating and ensuring company-wide compliance like a seasoned pro.
    • Handling disputes and investigations.
    • Aligning HR goals with our organizational strategy.
    • Developing and maintaining policies, processes, and training.
    • Analyzing data from our HRIS.
    • Ensuring we staying ahead of the HR curve by developing and maintaining policies, processes, and innovative ways to develop and training our employees
    Required Experience/Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
    • 7+ years of human resource management experience in small to mid-sized company.
    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
    • Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
    • Skilled in interpersonal interactions and negotiation.
    • Strong analytical capabilities to address complex HR challenges.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and inspire teams.
    • Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs and changing priorities.
    • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
    • Ensuring adherence to legal requirements in HR practices.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

    Pay: $100, $125,000.00 per year
