    About Venta Belgarum Associates:
    You will be welcomed into our Tax and Business Advisory practice based in Mt Pleasant. We are a small but rapidly growing team with a fabulously friendly and open culture. Due to our great service and ability to achieve results for our clients, we are experiencing another period of growth and need another pair of hands to help with our workload

    The Role:


    This position will require the experience of a Tax and Business Manager (or higher) to perform an active, hands-role within the business.

    You will be meeting with clients, completing work, managing workflow, reviewing work of junior staff, assisting with winning new work, providing SMSF expertise within the practice and be a mentor for our junior staff.


    Hours on Offer:
    This role will be offered as full time role.
    Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Practice Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

    self-Managed Superannuation Fund annual compliance completion;
    tax Compliance completion;
    reviewing work of junior staff;
    assisting with winning new clients to continue to grow the business;
    meeting with clients;
    managing workflow; and
    contribute to internal training and staff development.
    To be considered for this great role, you will have:

    minimum of 5+ years' experience within a public practice firm;
    Self-Managed Super Fund experience; and
    experience and genuine interest in reviewing work of and mentoring junior staff.
