Description

A large entertainment client of Insight Global is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team in Los Angeles.

This will be a remote role, with a couple days on site a month, and will be managing a team of accountants.

This person will be responsible for performing and reviewing month end close, balance sheets, and a large volume of bank reconciliations for multiple companies and regions.

They will also aid in SOX compliance, making sure accounting follows GAAP principles, and assisting with consolidations for the audits.

7+ years of experience in full cycle accounting and managing a team of 2+ people
Experience managing team of 2+ individuals
SOX compliance experience
Experience with technical accounting, GAAP, and consolidation for audit
Ability to prepare and review month end close, balance sheets, and high volume of review balance sheet bank reconciliations highest risk for multiple entities
ERP experience (ex. Oracle) and Excel
Bachelors Degree
Ability to communicate analysis to team and stakeholders
