Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with our sales team and serve as the main point of contact for our customers and sales partners
  • You will be responsible for smooth order processing, including preparing quotes for Germany and Austria
  • You will maintain master data and prices in our ERP system
  • You will handle various administrative tasks
  • You enjoy interacting with customers over the phone
  • You thrive in a dynamic work environment and actively support your supervisor

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • Previous experience in sales support and order processing
  • Proficient in MS Office and advanced knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD)
  • Excellent language skills in German, knowledge of English is a plus
  • Enjoy working with precision and a customeroriented approach
