Responsibilities:


  • Independent management of a defined group of employees (especially Sales & Marketing), including advising and supporting managers and employees
  • Reliable personnel management in line with company strategy
  • Recruiting, development, and retention of qualified employees (m/f/d)
  • Handling of personnelrelated projects and fundamental issues, including the development of policies and collective agreements
  • Leadership and development of the personnel clerks (m/f/d) under your supervision
  • Communication and close collaboration with the international HR team (especially in the USA) and participation in global HR projects
  • Cooperation with committees and works council

Profile:


  • Completed degree in business law/business administration with a focus on personnel management or a similar qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in a manufacturing company
  • Indepth knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Very good English skills (B2) in spoken and written form, as well as proficient in MS Office products
  • Ideally, first leadership experience and experience working with a works council
  • Excellent social skills, as well as outstanding organizational and communication skills, also in an international environment
