    Description

    **Head of Retail Marketing**

    Chicago, IL | Full-time

    **About The Role**

    We are hiring for a hands-on senior marketer to develop and execute the marketing plan for a new product launch at a top fintech company. This is an exciting and fast-paced role for someone with expertise in lead gen, content creation, client experience, and partnership marketing.

    The ideal candidate is based in Chicago and has a passion for investing and experience using stock trading and personal finance apps.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Build out and lead a team of retail marketing specialists

    Design and execute marketing strategies and customer acquisition plans to build out a waiting list, manage referral programs, and drive downloads of our new investing app

    Build out SEO/SEM strategy; drive constant improvement in paid search ROI

    Optimize all online marketing programs for new customer growth, retention and revenue

    Lead digital content strategy to ensure high quality, relevant content across digital channels, according to brand voice & style guidelines and alignment with traditional marketing content.

    Take a data-intensive approach to the in-app client experience and drip campaigns to drive revenue

Structured Notes are a pre-defined outcome investment product offering downside protection, previously only available to the ultra-high net worth.     **Qualifications:**

    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field preferred

    8+ years of digital marketing experience and 2+ years of marketing leadership

    Experience with strategy, development and execution of GTM and product launch strategies

    Results-driven mentality with exceptional detail and knowledge of metrics, A/B testing, and ROI analysis.

    Strong writing skills with a proven track record of creating compelling content
