With manufacturing facilities in 11 countries across 6 continents, we produce 500,000MT of specialized and multi-purpose films for various industries including food packaging, labels, and industrial and graphic arts applications.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, evaluating and managing any product anomalies or defects.

You will also participate in corrective actions and offer assistance in the use of our product portfolio by providing technical expertise and documentation.

Additionally, you will identify and address our customers' technical needs and provide support in application projects with customers, end users, and co-suppliers.

You will work closely with internal teams, communicating technical information about new products and supporting customer interactions. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have an Engineering or Technical degree, or a High School diploma in a technical field.

Fluency in German and English is required, as well as a willingness to travel frequently.
