We are currently looking for a part-time (hours) Sachbearbeiter/in for our internet shop and customer service (m/w/d) at our location in Neunkirchen-Seelscheid.

Your tasks:

  • Management and maintenance of our online shop (Shopware)
  • Processing of online orders
  • Handling of invoices, complaints, and returns
  • Inventory management using JTL (e.g. creating new products)
  • Creation of product sheets and specifications
  • Customer support via phone and email

You bring with you:

  • Professional experience in a similar job
  • Good to very good German language skills (spoken and written)
  • Basic knowledge
