You are a confident salesperson in the Telekom Shop team.

In customer consultations, you convince as a customer understanding expert who strategically applies excellent product knowledge and conveys our product world in a lively manner.

With your professional experience, you support your colleagues in a cooperative and experienced manner in technical matters.

As a salesperson in the Telekom Shop, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • You advise and sell standard products and services
  • You clarify all customer inquiries, including specific ones
  • You participate in productspecific sales promotion measures in the region
  • You act as a multiplier for your colleagues
  • You support the shop manager in managing daily operations

Your Profile:

You have completed vocational training as well as specialized training or several years of professional experience. Due to your professional experience, you already have extensive knowledge in the specific area of responsibility.

Furthermore, you possess the following advanced technical and specialized knowledge and skills:

  • Completed vocational training as well as specialized training or several years of professional experience
  • Skill and confidence in sales conversations and negotiations
  • Ability to inspire others
  • Confident appearance in direct customer contact
  • Knowledge of the Telekom product range or willingness to acquire it
  • Competence in managing employees
  • Willingness to adapt working hours to opening hours and customer traffic
  • Wellgroomed appearance
