We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator who brings warmth, accuracy, professionalism, and calm to the front office.
Someone who sees the details others miss, communicates clearly, and becomes the foundation of a clinic built on patient connection, efficiency, and trust.
This is not a clock-in, clock-out position. This is the heart of the patient journey.

From the first phone call to the final check out at the desk, you guide patients confidently through care.

What You'll DoNew Patient Conversions and Scheduling
- Respond quickly and warmly to inquiries across both clinics
- Convert leads into scheduled evaluations and ongoing care
- Manage calendars to support full plan of care completion
Insurance and Financial Coordination
- Verify insurance benefits and secure necessary authorizations
- Explain coverage clearly so patients feel informed and supported
- Collect payments and maintain billing accuracy
Case Management and Documentation
- Enter and update patient information within the EMR
- Maintain complete and organized clinical charts
- Send reports and updates to referring providers when needed
Front Desk Experience and Flow
- Welcome patients in a friendly, calm, and professional manner
- Maintain schedule flow and communicate updates to clinicians
- Follow up with patients to reduce cancellations and missed visits
- Provide coverage as needed to support both locations
You're a Great Fit If You
- Have one to two years of PCC, front desk, or healthcare office experience
- Communicate with clarity, patience, and confidence
- Understand EMR use, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing basics
- Can juggle multiple priorities with poise and accuracy
- Enjoy being the person who keeps systems running smoothly
- Want to be part of a clinic that values people over volume
- Have a reliable car and a willingness to work between both clinics
- Availability for Thursdays (10 to 7) and Saturdays (7 to 11 or 9 to 1)
Compensation and Perks
- Pay: $21 to $24 per hour based on experience
- Schedule: Full time, Part-time with flexibility
