- Managing and coordinating all activities with outside vendors.
- Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance tasks for equipment and facilities.
- Performing repairs on CNC machinery and other equipment as necessary.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Supervising maintenance staff, assigning responsibilities and schedules.
- Maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies.
- Ensuring proper documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Coordinating the installation of new machinery or equipment.
- Establishing and maintaining maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability (TPM).
- Overseeing and ensuring the operation of the safety committee.
- Documenting, investigating, and reporting safety incidents following OSHA regulations.
- Maintaining safety files and records.
- Ensuring all employees are trained in safety procedures and programs.
- Inspecting equipment and facilities to identify existing or potential accident and health hazards.

A successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance manufacturing experience
- Preventative maintenance experience
- OSHA regulations knowledge
