We're seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Greenfield location.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform facility maintenance tasks, including equipment upkeep and ensuring safety compliance.
• Assist with warehouse duties such as preparing materials for shipment, receiving deliveries, and organizing inventory.
• Help prepare PV materials for truck loadout and assist in job site deliveries to installation crews.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain a clean, efficient facility and streamline warehouse processes.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing demands in a fastpaced environment.
• Proactively identify and drive opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost reduction.
• Receive and stock inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Audit cycle count results and enter system adjustments accordingly.
• Review cycle count outcomes and make necessary system adjustments.
• Coordinate with Install Managers/Service Managers regarding material usage from installations and service assignments.
• Ensure precise transfers of inventory to trucks and other destinations.
• Uphold daily organization and cleanliness standards within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with all good housekeeping standards and 5S standards.
• On time receipt of incoming materials.

Requirements:

• Strong focus on safety, with experience in warehouse management preferred.
• Responsible for the overall performance of the warehouse and inventory control functions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse and inventory control concepts (FIFO, Kanban, cycle counting practices, etc.).
• Six Sigma and/or lean certification preferred.
• Comfortable with hand and power tools, forklift experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite programs, as well as other commonly used software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions for extended periods.
• Clean driving record and license in good standing, with experience driving box trucks and trailers preferred.
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in renewable energy.

Schedule:

• 40 hour work week, no nights or weekends. (Monday through Thursday, occasional Fridays)

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
