Description
Maintenance Technician Job Purpose:
Maintains property upkeep by performing apartment turns, completing work orders, providing general upkeep to building exteriors, and working with property manager to maintain the premise.
Maintenance Technician Job Duties:
Unit Turns Delivering turnover performance by turning vacant apartments using quality workmanship and meeting company deadlines.
Work Orders Completing Tenant & Manager maintenance requests with an attention to detail and in a timely manner.
Curb Appeal / Projects snow removal and salting of sidewalks and walkways, maintaining general property upkeep in conjunction with the Property Manager and onsite team.
