    Overall Purpose:
    Responsible for compliance with all applicable internal and external regulatory policies regarding fleet; including interpretation of regulations; audit/risk assessment of assigned area and execution of assessment to ensure compliance with laws and regulations

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:
    Responsibilities may include environmental and regulatory laws, financial and accounting, and department of transportation compliance.

    Position will focus on one or more of the following:
    o1) driver and vehicle regulations, federal and state guidelines.o2) internal and external accounting processes, including invoice payment processing, audit/risk assessmentso3) remarketing, sales, and staging processes.
    The Senior has all responsibilities of a Sr. Specialist PLUS leads the design of risk assessment/audit cadence for compliance within Fleet.
    Strong grasp on area(s) of focus, Subject Matter Expert.

    Expected to have expertise in client's operations to design effective assessments and has ability to influence decisions and recommend solutions.


    Education:
    Bachelor's degree, create cost analysis, utilize deep data sites, knowledge in Business Objects, SQL and PowerBi

    Experience:
    Typically, 5+ years relevant experience

    No

    Environmental Requirements:

    This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&Ts compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function.

    This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

    Sr Assoc, Spec, Sr Spec, Manager, Senior, Lead, Principal, Assoc Dir, and Director.
