    SAIC is seeking Program Analyst Intern to join our team of qualified, diverse, and highly motivated individuals located in DC Metro area.

    This position is primarily on-site in the Navy Yard with the possibility of hybrid work schedule at a later date.

    Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

    JOB DUTIES:

  • Help coordinate all detailed planning aspects of the project and serve as liaison between program management and planning activities, project team, field offices, and other T&E stakeholders.
  • Help assess T&E requirements and develop budget, resource coordination, test documentation, and mechanisms to monitor T&E project progress.
  • Help develop Issue papers, budgets, risk management, program briefs, project schedules, white papers, executive level summaries, Naval Messages, and various technical documents as needed to coordinate project requirements.
  • The candidate will help facilitate working group level meetings that coordinate stakeholder involvement from the Program Offices, NAVSEA Field Activities, Test Ranges, support contractors, and other U.S. Navy System Commands and Fleet activities.
  • Candidate must have the ability to learn how to translate detailed Test planning documentation such as TEMP, Test Plans, data management plans, and similar documents in order to validate and coordinate resource requirements.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities will be assigned as need in order to coordinate program success.
  • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

  • Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, Junior year or later.
  • Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.

    Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
