    We are hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to join our clients team. As the QA Manager, you will ensure that the products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. You will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of systems and processes.

    Main Job Duties:

    • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
    • Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
    • Oversee the implementation of quality control measures throughout the production process.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications
    • Lead and manage a team of quality control associates.
    • Other duties assigned by Supervisors

    Required Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field like Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
    • 5 years of QA Proven experience in quality assurance management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
    • 3 years in a leadership role in the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong knowledge of quality systems and principles
    • Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams
