North York, PA - Integration Planning for Assembly of New Vehicle Series, Solitaire and Mixed Model Production, as well as Creation of Priority Graph for Optimal Assembly Sequence, Considering Accessibility (Interference Contours), Ergonomics, Quality Requirements, and Others

  • Development of Conceptual Line Planning with Different Levels of Automation
  • Creation of Process Plan and Virtual Validation of Assembly Processes, as well as Planning of Vehicle Commissioning and Filling Concept
  • Verification of Processes with Current Design Status
  • Layout Planning for Material Provisioning and Coordination of Container Concepts, as well as Creation of Work Steps and their Adaptation in Ongoing Projects
  • Visualization of Number of Cycles Required for Power Supply, Data Transfer, and Filling, as well as Creation of 2D/3D Layouts in the Hall Layout System (HLS) including Conveyor Technology, Suspension, Building Structures, Considering Space for Equipment
  • Successfully Completed Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Technology, Production Technology, or Equivalent
  • Extensive Experience in Virtual/Assembly Planning, including Creation of 2D/3D Layouts, as well as Knowledge of VW Production System Methods and Tools
  • Proficient in Working with Systems such as Work Plan [AP], Hall Layout System [HLS
  • Bentley Microstation], Siemens Teamcenter [Connect], VW System KVS, and Experience with Siemens Process Designer and Simulate
  • Design and Evaluation of Assembly Processes using MTM-UAS, MTM-EAWS Method
