We build networks, promote the business of German companies, and implement projects for institutional actors such as federal ministries worldwide. In doing so, we not only strengthen the competitiveness of the German foreign trade, but also contribute to solving global water management problems - one of the biggest ecological, economic, and social challenges of our time.
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to provide professional support to the management and employees of our office in administrative and organizational tasks, as well as in the preparation and follow-up of various events and business trips.
Your responsibilities:
- First point of contact for communication from national and international sources
- Support the management in communication with key strategic partners of the association in politics, administration, and science, as well as in scheduling
- Preparation and followup of board meetings and the annual general meeting
- Handling all matters related to GWP membership, member communication
- Support in event organization as part of the association's work, such as the annual conference and foreign trade promotion projects
- Assisting with office management tasks: organizing the office, supporting in arranging business trips, coordinating IT service providers, managing Office365, procuring hardware, training colleagues, and organizing team events
- Support in human resources management
- Management of data storage, maintenance, and data
