Responsibilities:

- providing needs-oriented and individual care for people with dementia in individual or group activities
- collaborating with the nursing team
- computer-based documentation of care measures

Profile:

- completed further education according to - 53c SGB XI
- empathy in dealing with residents with dementia
- maintaining a professional relationship with family members
- reliability and teamwork
- strong communication skills and personal commitment
- high sense of responsibility and flexibility
- willingness to work weekends
