Our client, an internationally active company, is looking for a construction site manager (m/f/d) in Leipzig to start as soon as possible on a temporary basis.

What you will do:

The construction site manager is responsible for making decisions and escalating issues, especially to (project) employees of the client, and for addressing technical questions.
Analyze specific requirements while considering the project goal.
Derive work packages and define milestones based on the previously conducted analysis. The results must be documented in the provided documents.
Create and continuously update the plan for planned work steps.
Check and track milestones, work packages, LOP points using the provided documents.
Document any deviations and bottlenecks from the project plan and/or execution plan and report them to the overall construction site manager.
Create weekly project reports on project progress and submit them to the higherlevel construction site manager.
Document all project activities, including all necessary forecasts, analyses, recommendations, and plans.
