    Description


    Job Title: Financial Management Analyst

    Company: Navy Military Pay Operations and Accounting


    Summary: You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Resource Management Office of Navy Military Pay Operations and Accounting.


    Responsibilities:
    • Provide high-level financial support to internal and external business partners.
    • Develop and implement effective internal control policies to support traceability of accounting transactions for audit.
    • Research, remediate, and determine the root cause of abnormal accounting conditions within the accounting system.
    • Collaborate with company heads, stakeholders, customers, and system owners to establish financial, business, and operational goals.
    • Lead a team of employees in the accomplishment of work and support training initiatives for staff.

    Requirements:
    • Your resume must demonstrate specialized experience at the GS-09 and GS-11 levels, including financial data analysis, team leadership, and financial reporting.
