Responsible for using the State convenience contract with Xerox to provide print services to VITA and other interested agencies. Agency is eliminating one of their towers and have to create this service as a result.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Position is responsible for using the State convenience contract with Xerox to provide print services to VITA and other interested agencies.

The Role is the key point of contact for new services, issues, inventory management, ticket management, vendor management, and data for billing purposes.

Documented experience with print services. Understands asset management and correlated billing processes. Ticket management experience using ServiceNow. Vendor management experience to include SLAs, performance, billing and invoice reconciliation.
