Job Summary:

  • Tech Support Analyst 2
100% ON SITE from Day - pref: those based in Norfolk, VA Beach, Hampton areas

Interviews:
Initial Web based IVs conducted but IN PERSON maybe requested if mgr deems necessary

Experience using imaging software to image PCs, preferably KACE. Required 3 Years

Experience using ticketing systems, preferably TDX equired 2 Years

Extensive experience with Microsoft O m Required 2 Years

CompTIA A+ Certification Required 1 Years

Contract


Salary:
$ $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Technical Support: 5 years (preferred)

  • TDX: 1 year (preferred)
  • KACE: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (required)
