- Continuously identify and recruit top-quality, topically relevant publishers.
- Keep internal stakeholders informed on the progress of new partners by maintaining and presenting an affiliate pipeline.
- Understand HealthPlanOnes compliance requirements in order to screen out non-compliant partners/opportunities.
- Become the point of contact for new and existing partners as internal or external needs arise.
- Partner with the Business Development team to understand daily/weekly volume demands and effectively communicate campaign adjustments to partners in a timely fashion.
- Actively consult with key affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to scope out new opportunities, gain industry insights, provide performance reviews, and suggest best practices.
- Respond to affiliate requests for campaign performance reports and provide ad hoc analysis as needed.
- Partner with HealthPlanOnes Onboarding specialist to initiate the onboarding process of new partners.
- Assist with the month end reporting on affiliate campaigns.
- Organize and coordinate meets for trade shows and conferences.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelors Degree in marketing, advertising, data analysis, or communications
- 1-3 years of experience with performance marketing and lead generation or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to set internal/external expectations and adhere to deadlines.

Our Story
HPOne was started in 2006 with a singular vision: create custom sales, marketing and contact center solutions exclusively for the health and Medicare insurance products.
Since our beginnings, HPOne has grown dramatically. We may be bigger in size, but our focus on optimizing health insurance consumer interactions has never been clearer.
