    Job Description:
    Monitors warehouse inventory on a timely basis.
    Coordinates with Category Manager.
    Route purchase requests from Purchase request mailbox to appropriate associates
    Track status of purchase requests to ensure timely follow up.
    Follow up and track Capital Expense requests.
    Assist in implementation of new purchasing system as required
    Assist in office supply fulfillment at Store Support Center
    Track delivery of purchase orders as required.

    Performs various administrative functions:

    processing cost/price changes, deal sheets, pack changes; initiating invoicing with accounting; working with vendors on new item information and processing new item forms; filing reports and correspondence.

    Works with accounting on billingdiscrepancies .
    Responsible for invoice reconciliation.
    Responsible for service level to the stores.
    Responsible for store communications via telephone and e-mail.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    Computer proficiency in general business software is required, including a working knowledge of Excel and Word documents.
    Good communication skills both written and verbal.
