    We are seeking a dedicated Asset Management Associate to play a crucial role in driving the company's growth. This individual will work closely with the Asset Manager to develop and execute strategies for a portfolio of properties, contributing to the expansion of our asset management platform. This position is remote, based in Chicago, Illinois, offering you the chance to be a key player in Bridge33's dynamic and expanding team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Asset Manager to maximize asset returns and drive value through effective asset management strategies.
    • Produce and analyze asset-level financial models, budgets, valuations, lease data, and other financial reports.
    • Assist in developing and implementing short- and long-term asset strategies aligned with the company's goals.
    • Support daily asset management activities, including financial analysis, asset onboarding, and business plan management.
    • Prepare detailed reports for senior management and facilitate asset disposition with the Investments team.
    • Identify and address project risks, proposing solutions to senior management as needed.
    • Perform additional duties as required to support the Asset Management team.

    Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management or a related field, with a focus on retail assets.
    • Proficiency in advanced financial modeling using Excel.
    • Understanding of commercial real estate finance, equity, debt, and investment returns.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to present complex data effectively.
    • Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders in the real estate industry.
