    Position Title: Customer Relations Specialist

    Company: STH Windows & Doors

    Location: Tampa, FL

    Salary: $40,000/year

    Employment Type: Full-time

    Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred

    Language Skills: Bi-Lingual preferred, but not required

    Experience:

    · 5 years of experience in construction or building trades preferred

    · 2 years of experience in windows & doors preferred

    Requirements:

    · Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

    · Clean driving record

    · Excellent communication & customer service skills

    Responsibilities:

    · Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and installations with customers and vendors.

    · Warranty and Service Issues: Address and resolve customer warranty and service inquiries efficiently and professionally.

    · Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and addressing concerns promptly.

    · Vendor Interface: Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

    · Material Pickups and Installations: Coordinate logistics for material pickups and installations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    · Inside Sales: Engage in inside sales activities to support the sales team and drive revenue growth.
