    Description

    JOB OVERVIEW:

    This position is responsible for managing the Marketing Automation solution including roadmap, adoption, and value creation as well as the administration and support activities for the Marketo Marketing Automation system at Henry Schein. The Marketing Automation Product Manager will be responsible for the product vision, strategy and outcome-oriented roadmap, prioritizing product features and capabilities, maintaining a healthy product backlog and aligning related solutions to deliver an integrated customer experience.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead, define and prioritize the Marketo product backlog, feature prioritization, enhancements, configurations, and roadmap development for an outstanding digital customer experience.
    • Lead business requirements gathering through discovery workshops, solutioning and demonstrations to drive collaboration.
    • Act as a bridge between business and IT technical teams ensuring optimal configuration to meet business objectives.
    • Include related systems in Marketo product roadmap planning to ensure ongoing capabilities are prioritized appropriately to remain in sync.
    • Lead efforts to support integrated, targeted journey-based marketing automation efforts across multiple systems including Marketo and Salesforce.
    • Manage Delegated Environment – Provide central coordination, administration, and support for delegated users.
    • Manage relationship with platform provider for day-to-day business operations.
    • Manage and provision user licenses and permissions.
    • Create and govern archive and records-retention policies in accordance with Henry Schein compliance standards in each market.
    • Lead the effort to drive platform adoption and understanding through training and support to end users, ensuring they can effectively use the platform to meet business goals.
    • Create a community of delegated Marketo users, share updates on outages, maintenance, upgrades and newly introduced features and functionality.
    • Serve as primary point of contact with Marketo regarding support issues.
    • Identify and share best practices across the community of delegated users.
    • Provide "help desk" style support to community of delegated Marketo users.
    • Define key metrics and collaborate across teams to achieve organizational goals.
    • Drive new product enhancement initiatives through collaboration with IT, marketing and external partners.
    • Define business cases and unite teams for cohesive product evolution.
    • Utilize data insights and market analysis to prioritize product initiatives.
    • Manage stakeholder communication for effective alignment and expectation management.
    • Monitor industry metrics, assess performance, and identify growth opportunities.
    • Ensure platform compliance with enterprise standards and strategic alignment.
    • Development of process and user documentation

    WORK EXPERIENCE:

    Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.

    PREFERRED EDUCATION:

    Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.

    GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

    • Strong proficiency with a global service model: tools, systems, and procedures
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
    • Excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages
    • Good negotiating skills
    • Resolve complex issues in effective ways
    • Project management, consultative skills and ability to manage a budget
    • Ability to cultivate and develop lasting internal and external customer relations

    SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

    • Scrum Product Owner or Certified Product Manager credentials preferred
    • Deep knowledge of Marketing Automation Systems
    • Direct experience with Marketo strongly preferred
    • Service Model administration.
    • Product Roadmap development
    • Systems Training
    • Web Analytics – reporting and analysis.

    TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

    The posted range for this position is $95,990-167,983 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

    This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
