    • Compensation: Salary range commensurate on experience, not including additional bonuses and incentives. $210k-$230k.
      Additional compensation is available to those who take on additional projects or responsibilities (For example: leadership, community outreach, etc)
    • Additional Info: The Dimock center was founded in the 1870s by female surgeons because they found that women's patient population was underserved. Since then, the Dimock Center has maitinted a strong connection between healthcare and social justice.

      DETAILS: Adult medicine-focused opportunity, with the ability to grow. Open to part-time and full-time candidates, with leadership/residency roles also available.
      -Strong support system and collaboration:
      Integrated behavioral health model that takes the burden of managing BH issues off the PCP
      -Flexible schedule offered, with a 4-day workweek opportunity

      QUALIFICATIONS:
      -Will consider those seeking part-time opportunity, if they align with the core mission and valuesof the organization. Must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours a week, with 90% clinical work and 10% administrative
      -Will accept new graduates but experience preferred
      -Must be willing to see adult-aged patients and treat those with chronic conditions
      -BE/BC
      -MA state license
