The Construction Project Manager will oversee ground-up projects (commercial, industrial, or multifamily) from start to finish.Our client is known for its strong pipeline of work in ground up and buildout construction, competitive compensation packages, and internal growth opportunities.
Our client is seeking a project manager interested in joining a growing team on exciting new ground-up construction projects in the Chicagoland area.
They are a medium-sized firm employees) with headquarters in the O'Hare area. Their pipeline is filled through 2025 with projects in several sectors, values ranging between $10-100MM.Starting salary is competitive, with opportunities for performance based bonuses, and excellent benefits package Oversee the successful management of construction projects.
Provides leadership to the team with respect to project goals, objectives and client expectations Ensures efficient coordination of project requirements.
Leads the team in cooperative and synergistic efforts with other disciplines on projects Reviews all reporting systems and procedures and prepares reports to clients and senior management defining progress and cost Coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers Maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Management, Engineering or related field.
