    Encanterra Country Club



    Encanterra offers a variety of amenities, including golf, Resort Clubs, dining options, fitness facilities, tennis and pickleball complexes, pools, and a top-rated spa. The venue is also a popular choice for weddings and events in Queen Creek.

    Location: Queen Creek, conveniently located 45 minutes from downtown Phoenix & Scottsdale, Arizona



    Salary: $14.35 per hour

    Position Overview:


    As a Guest Service Professional at Encanterra Country Club, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations on the golf course, assisting players, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Communicate company values to support goals
    • Provide information on golf course conditions and activities
    • Maintain communication with team members
    • Deliver exceptional customer service
    • Manage rental equipment and golf carts
    • Assist in tournament operations
    • Provide information on Golf Shop products and services
    • Perform various roles as needed

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent

    • Valid driver's license

    Work Environment:


    This position involves outdoor work, driving golf carts, and exposure to varying weather conditions and wildlife. It requires physical activity and standing for extended periods.

    Physical Demands:


    The role includes seeing, hearing, speaking clearly, walking, bending, and occasional lifting. Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential.
