Your tasks

You support your store manager in all matters concerning the professional management, organization and motivation of your store team of 2040 employees
You not only optimize the processes behind the scenes, but also actively work on the sales floor
You take care of the disposition and inventories and represent the store manager in his absence
Together with your team, you ensure the implementation of our store concepts, ensure a wellmaintained store and a completely successful shopping experience for our customers

Your profile

Professional experience in retail or a comparable industry with first leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
Team player with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
Strong decisionmaking skills and results orientation
Willingness to work in flexible shift models
