Your Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Employee (m/f/d) for Express Logistics, you are a classic all-rounder.

In addition to the normal tasks in order dispatch and route planning, you support your colleagues (m/f/d) in the daily shipment processing and advise our customers (m/f/d) on requests and any issues that may arise.

With your open attitude, you will be an integral part of our growth strategy at the Stephens City, VA location.


  • Distribution of shipments on routes
  • Route planning and dispatching of our couriers
  • Proactive tracking of shipments and communication with customers
  • Telephone order acceptance, order processing, and customer support
  • Calculation and pricing
  • General administrative tasks

Your Profile:


  • Commercial work experience or a job in logistics can be advantageous, but are not a musthave
    CAREER CHANGERS WELCOME
  • Your work style is both organized and professional, and you can keep track of things even in difficult situations
  • Fluent German language skills are a basic requirement
  • A friendly and dynamic demeanor is just as important to us as a customeroriented way of thinking and working
  • You are proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Willingness to work in shifts: Mon-Fri 4:00 am 12:30 pm || 12:00 pm 8:30 pm
