    Role

    HomeReliance Capital, is seeking a full-time Loan Processor. This individual should be a self-starter who is an efficient multi-tasker, has strong people skills, and has a positive attitude.

    No Experience needed We Will Train

    The ideal candidate may currently / formerly be a loan officer, processor, or underwriter looking to join a fast-growing, high performance team.

    Candidate Qualifications

    • Adaptable and efficient worker
    • Highly organized with the ability to efficiently stay on top of multiple client processes simultaneously
    • Attention to detail

    Key Responsibilities

    • Taking Applications and entering files and uploading documents into the database (you will not be selling the deal)
    • Pre-underwriting file for preapprovals and/or submissions
    • Send out needs list to client
    • Follow up on needs list
    • Following up on conditions with clients
    • Moving file along in a timely manner
    • Make sure closings happen on time and put out fires
    • Realtor follow Up
