• Collaborate with loan officers to ensure loan structuring and adherence to underwriting guidelines.
• Assist in loan processing, managing the loan pipeline, and ensuring timely completion of documentation.
• Communicate effectively and provide regular updates to clients, real estate agents, and attorneys involved in the loan process.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the loan process.
• Be part of a collaborative, hardworking team of professionals who are motivated by being the best they can be and continuously seeking ways to improve personally & professionally.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• MUST be able to work in the office in Lake Success, NY.
  This is NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

• Minimum 25 years experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or similar position
• Excellent multitasker in a very fastpaced environment

• Outgoing
• Comfortable talking to clients in person or via phone
• Team player
• Previous experience in the mortgage industry with a strong understanding of loan structuring, underwriting guidelines, and loan processing
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills to provide support and address inquiries throughout the loan process
• Salesoriented mindset
• A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to be coached and mentored by top industry professionals
