- Conducting thorough assessments to identify service needs
- Deescalating crises and facilitating treatment engagement
- Coordinating with treatment teams and community organizations
- Providing telehealth crisis intervention services
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- State licensure in Michigan (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, or LLP)
- Ability to obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional and Substance Abuse Treatment Specialist (SATS) credentials within 120 days
- CAADC credential or active registration on an approved MCBAP certification Development Plan within six weeks
- 1 year of experience working with adults with mental illness
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
