(VSE) in Hamburg is currently seeking a Social Worker / Social Pedagogue (Dipl./B.A./M.A.) to join our team in the field of child and youth welfare services.
This position is for 30 hours per week and is permanent.The main responsibilities include:
- Social pedagogical family support according to §31 SGB VIII
- Individual case support (in-house housing) according to §35 SGB VIII
- Support for young adults according to §41 SGB VIII
- Supervised visits according to §30 SGB VIII We offer:
