- You'll have face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
- You will work directly with business owners and decision-makers
- You don't have to know how it all works... (we have that handled) – but understanding SEM and SEO will make you sound lots smarter. (If you don't know yet, but find it fascinating- we'll teach U).
- Developing strong relationships with clients to ensure success and gain referrals
- Closing business and executing your customer's business and advertising goals
- A passion for selling
- Proven ability to ask for the business – and the courage to ask for it again
- Outside sales experience with a track record of building your business is a big plus
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Internet, social media and digital marketing savvy will make you stand out
- Excellent listening skills and strong curiosity to learn about your client's business
- No fear of being on commission because you know the harder you work the more you make
